Marketing Coordinator

Revell, a division of Hobbico, Inc. and a leading toy model kit manufacturer located in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an experienced marketing professional.


As Marketing Coordinator:
  • Research, create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate special events and sponsorships.
  • Write and send press releases regarding product releases and company news.
  • Perform market research and analyze the information obtained.
  • Manage execution of marketing budgets.

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Five years of consumer product experience in marketing or sales.
  • Knowledge and experience working with mass market retailers.
  • Experience with online marketing and understanding of social media and smart phone technology.
  • Understanding of various marketing mediums and calculating marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred; work experience highly valued.

National Sales Manager

Revell, a division of Hobbico, Inc and a leading toy model manufacturer located in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking experienced professionals in the Chicago area for the position of National Sales Manager. If you are an organized, enthusiastic and energetic individual with a proven sales record, this is a great career opportunity.


As National Sales Manager:
  • Develop, implement and execute dynamic sales strategies supported by analysis and creativity.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify product trends and product placement opportunities.
  • Responsible for budgeting and sales forecasting activities.
  • Grow market share by generating new clients and increasing sales.

The successful candidate will possess:
  • Five or more years of experience selling to mass market retail including regional chain stores.
  • Craft, hobby or toy industry experience is a plus.
  • A proven sales record with sales closer results.
  • Work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to incorporate financial analysis with sales strategies
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Experience developing and leading a national sales representative organization.
  • Proficient use of Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis.
  • B.A in Business or related experience equivalent.
